Orders are shipped using tracked shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Important: Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking. If you select an untracked shipping method (Lettermail/PWE), delivery confirmation and tracking will not be available, and replacement or refunds are not guaranteed for lost or delayed shipments.

Most orders within Canada arrive within a few business days after shipping, though delays can occasionally occur due to carrier conditions.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Reconnect Games is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local postal office.
