All Sales Final
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or subjective condition concerns after delivery.
Card Condition
Cards are carefully sorted and assessed before listing.
Minor imperfections may be present, particularly on lower-value cards. Customers are encouraged to review product details before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
I will work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an order is confirmed to be incorrect or significantly damaged during transit.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Issues
For tracked shipments, if a package is lost in transit, please reach out and I will assist in resolving the issue.
For untracked shipping (PWE), delivery is not guaranteed and refunds or replacements are not provided for lost or delayed items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
